This Palisades DC home received a full addition and basement renovation with a focus on natural materials and modern design. The new structure uses warm white oak, exposed beams, and floor to ceiling glass to create bright, open spaces with a strong indoor outdoor connection. Beltsville Two Story Home Addition
This Beltsville home received a full two story addition designed to create more living space and modernize the interior. The expanded layout includes a new living room, guest room, master suite, and kids bathroom, giving the home room to grow while adding comfort and function. Each space was thoughtfully designed with its own character — calming green tones and botanical tile in the master bathroom, and a bold black and white palette in the kids bath. Takoma Park Main Level Transformation
This Takoma Park home received a refreshed main level with a brighter, more open layout. We reconfigured the kitchen, removed interior walls, and updated the living and dining areas to improve flow and natural light. The new kitchen features warm white cabinetry, a beadboard island, brass hardware, floating wood shelves, and handcrafted teal tile. Updated lighting, refinished flooring, and expanded storage complete a modern and welcoming space.

It is rare to find a General Contractor that values their brand over profit. The Loray Group has built itself from client referrals because they stand behind their brand and the commitment to their clients and projects. Several past projects come to mind where circumstance lead Loray to choose between issuing a change order or growing the relationship with the client and every time Loray chose what was best for the client. This is not to say they don't issue change orders for additional work, but rather that they don't charge for scope that was implied in the contract. From unit renovations, to amenity space upgrades, to occupied unit upgrades, Loray understands the needs of multifamily owners when it comes to capital projects.
