Welcome to Loray’s first blog! 

We will start by sharing our story, who we are now and who we aspire to be.

 Since our founding, we have experienced tremendous success and have adopted changes to continue promoting growth within the company. Over the past year we have been working on our branding and the launch of our new website. We are excited to share with you why we decided to rebrand and above all we want to invite you to join us on this journey as we add another chapter to our story. 

We are Loray Group, formally known as Marc & Sam’s LLC. Our original name is a tribute to our founders Marco Lopez and Samuel Garay.  Loray Group pays homage to them as well, but with a twist. We used a portion of their last names LO from Lopez and RAY from Garay to create the name. The term group was adopted because we owe much of our success to our amazing team which consist of individuals with diverse sets of skills and talents. Our group allows us to take on any project regardless of size or complexity. 

Marco and Sam started providing residential remodeling services but their services evolved overtime. They observed that many of their clients had a wide range of needs and had to employ various craftsmen for each skill and demand.  Our service offerings have expanded to cater to our growing list of clients including: home owners, small business owners, property management companies, and real estate development organizations. We’ve earned the reputation of being a “one-stop shop” for our clients we proudly serve.

We’ve enjoyed being a part of our clients’ project transformations throughout the years.

Now we’d like to ask you to join us in ours. 

What’s next for us: 

We reached a major milestone last year when our firm became five years old and acquired our first facility. We bought our first building and converted it into an office, warehouse, workshop, and coming soon a showroom. We are currently constructing a showroom where our customers may choose from a variety of finishes for their projects including ceramic tile, siding, windows, doors, and more. This will make our clients’ selection process simpler. Additionally, we invested in our first peace of undeveloped land. We will provide new residential development services for clients seeking new construction homes.  

We have a lot of plans and ideas for the future, and we want to thank everyone who has helped us along the way. We’ll keep you updated on our favorite projects and introduce you to the Loray family. We’re thrilled to be able to provide you with interesting and useful information in our upcoming post.
